Here is a picture of Kitty.  I know, the name is not very original, but Jill was very young when we got Kitty and that is the name she picked.

This is my little Dixie chick.  We lost her in 2007, but she certainly was a "special" pet.  When our kitten's mother was killed by a car, Dixie stepped up and adopted all five kittens as her own.  She would eat and sleep with them and rarely let them out of her sight.
